OK GUYS. I am FINALLY done with ANIME EXPO!
Man oh man it was so great, that was my first year staying all 4 days. From roughly 7-8 every morning to 10-11 at night.
Needless to say Im exausted.

Anyways, I had an art table these 4 days and all I can say is wow. Just wow. It was definently a useful experience to say the least. I learned alot about selling at how to make my merchandise alot more...appealing (but Ill talk about that later ;D).

First thing I did was overestimate the number of sales I'd be having (Thought I was understocked but turns out I was OVERstocked) but not to bad, I actually cut even (minus the money I spent on food and Exhibition Hall swag xD).

Also I met up with Fish, Soup, and Mono which was pretty neat, even if Soup and Mono were there only for a second. xD

Ok ok now I wanna talk about the weird and fun events that happened:

Some guy came up and asked if he could get a free mudkip sticker to have David Hayter (the voice acter for SOLID SNAKE) wear it. I told him he could but he would have to bring me back a picture and he did, so that was pretty awesome. (Sadly the guy gave me a messed up link so I cant find the picture now T_T)

ANOTHER guy came up the next day and at first he just bought a print and a few stickers, then we started talking.... next thing we knew he was selling a BUNCH of prints for us because everytime someone came up to the table he would enthusiastically be like "WOW, these stickers are great, I mean GREAT. Only 50cents? WOOOOW." He did that for like 10 minutes and earned us like 30$. @_@ If that guy is reading this, THANK YOU!

UnArtist Alley related, I got to sneak up on a ninja and give him bunny ears, AND had two warriors argue then settle it with a dance contest WHICH is going on youtube later on. ( the WOW quest guys xD)

Lately I've been wondering how some people are so generous. I mean honest good-hearted people that care for others, whoever they may be. From the tiny things like a smile to putting their self on the line to help you out. I met some people like that this year and I've never been happier.

I don't consider myself a generous person but I'm really trying. I want to learn to make promises. KEEP promises.

Right now, I just want to say thanks to everyone who watches me and everyone whos commented over the years. I really have no idea where some of you get the time to keep track of comments, return watches, and read the news. For me its difficult to manage even one journal!

But guys, I've read every single comment and noted every single fav. since the day I joined. You guys keep me motivated and for that you deserve a thanks.

I LOVE YOU GUYS.

Wow its kinda sad only 9 journals ago I was saying the same thing, shows how good I am at updating.

I FAINTED THE OTHER DAY! In biology class while we were dissecting pigs. I think it was because it smelled really bad, plus my teacher coming up and brutally ripping it in half didnt help. One minute I was standing asking the teacher if I could go to the restroom the next minute I was on the floor behind her desk. I think the sad part is I kinda laughed at myself when I realized what happened while everyone else was looking at me as if I was insane. That was my first time fainted and I... didnt think I was that grossed out by dissection? I dont know, it was a weird experience to say the least.


Anyways, school is over in 3 days I absolutely can't wait! This year wasnt too bad but it seemed like it lasted forever. I wish I could just jump into a bed and stay there for a week but I cant. :C I have to get started on prints for AX which I am pathetically unprepared for. xD

I might also get a summer job as a assistant lifeguard. It seems like a pretty good first-job thing, way better then working at McDonalds atleast. xD Plus they put me in training for free.

Deadlines!
Im trying to get everything ready for my first time selling art (AX 08) and its just KILLING me. Finals, homework, swimming, all while trying to pump out a few last minute prints. x_x




I really love this show Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, its so crazy. Plus FLCL references? win.


ASGFGDFG its 101 degrees here right now Im dying.
